Role Summary

The AI Engineer will design build evaluate and retrain machine learning and GenAI systems. The role involves close collaboration with AI Architects Cloud Engineers and CRM teams (e.g. Salesforce) with a strong focus on model performance scalability and ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ML and GenAI models (Gemini GPT-4 NLP Deep Learning)
Retrain and optimize existing models for accuracy and efficiency
Evaluate models for performance bias and ethical compliance
Collaborate with AI Cloud and CRM development teams
Troubleshoot ML system issues and conduct regular testing
Document ML systems and processes for audits and future reference
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in CS IT Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience as an ML / AI Engineer
Strong Python development skills
Hands-on experience with GenAI and traditional ML models
Experience working on GCP
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

ML or AI certifications
Healthcare payer domain experience
Salesforce or CRM platform experience
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards
