SNOW LSD Lead/Sr. Developer - Legal Service Delivery Module

Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow LSD Lead / Senior Developer to design develop and support Legal Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to work closely with legal and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) solutions
Configure and customize legal intake case management matter management and workflows
Develop and maintain Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies
Build workflows using Flow Designer and legacy Workflow where required
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems
Ensure platform performance security and best practices
Create reports and dashboards for legal and compliance teams
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with business users legal teams and architects
Support deployments upgrades and production issues

Required Skills

Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
Hands-on experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module
Strong JavaScript skills (client-side and server-side)
Experience with Flow Designer Service Catalog and Record Producers
Knowledge of ACLs data modeling scoped applications
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD CIS)
Experience with IRM GRC or Contract Management
Exposure to ITSM integrations with LSD
Experience working with US-based legal or compliance teams
