Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in the Source to Pay (STP) module. This is a purely customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and hands-on experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
Gather analyze and document business requirements for Source to Pay processes
Lead requirement workshops and customer discussions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with ServiceNow developers during design and implementation
Support configuration of STP modules including procurement purchasing and approvals
Validate solutions through UAT and support go-live activities
Create process documentation BRDs and training materials
Manage change requests and ensure stakeholder alignment

Required Skills

Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Source to Pay (STP) module is mandatory
Deep understanding of procurement sourcing purchasing and vendor workflows
Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

ServiceNow CSA or other certifications
Experience with Vendor Management or Finance-related modules
Prior experience working with US clients onsite
