Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to drive the technical evolution of our core platforms. As a senior member of the engineering team you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical architecture. Description
In this role your primary focus will be the design development and maintenance of robust distributed systems. You will act as a technical lead ensuring that our systems are not only functional but resilient and future-proof.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs that support high-concurrency environments.
- Technical Leadership: Lead complex projects from discovery to deployment making critical decisions on system design and architectural patterns.
- Code Excellence: Set the standard for quality through rigorous peer reviews comprehensive testing strategies and the implementation of CI/CD best practices.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure engineering efforts align with long-term goals.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with deep technical expertise and a pragmatic approach to software craftsmanship.
Technical Stack Proficiency:
- Back-End: Expert-level proficiency in at least one major language (e.g. Python Go Java or ).
- Data Management: Strong experience with Relational Databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions including schema design and query optimization.
- Cloud and amp; Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Cloud Providers (agnostic) Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Serverless architectures.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of Microservices Event-Driven Architecture and Message Brokers (e.g. Kafka or RabbitMQ).
- Experience and amp; Qualifications:
- 6 years of professional experience in full-cycle software development.
- Proven ability to lead the migration of legacy systems or the build-out of new large-scale platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
