Position: Assistant General Manager - Service
Experience: *Minimum 10 years of experience
Salary: *9.6 LPA (Based on experience & profile)
Location: *Calicut & Wayanad
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end service operations including workshop service advisors technicians warranty CRM and customer care.
* Drive service revenue and profitability through labor sales spare parts AMC extended warranty and value-added services.
* Monitor and achieve key service KPIs such as productivity efficiency turnaround time (TAT) first-time-right (FTR) and customer satisfaction index (CSI).
* Lead coach and develop service managers advisors supervisors and technicians to ensure high performance and discipline.
* Handle customer escalations major complaints and retention cases effectively and professionally.
* Ensure strict compliance with OEM standards dealership SOPs audits and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate with spares body shop insurance and sales departments for smooth after-sales operations.
* Plan and optimize workshop capacity manpower utilization and workflow.
* Review daily weekly and monthly MIS reports analyze gaps and implement corrective actions.
* Control operational costs and reduce rework warranty rejections and customer complaints.
* Ensure workshop safety housekeeping and quality standards are maintained at all times.
* Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Support senior management in strategic planning service expansion and business growth initiatives.
