About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Stardust team where you will play a key role in designing building and scaling high-impact web applications that power critical user journeys and digital transactions.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer with a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript modern front-end frameworks ( or React) and the MERN stack (MongoDB React ) who enjoys owning complex problems from architecture and implementation to quality performance and maintainability. You will work closely with product design and engineering peers and will be expected to influence technical direction raise engineering standards and mentor other developers.

Responsibiities:

• Partner closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
• Build and maintain systems that support high-traffic user flows digital transactions and reliable checkout experiences.
• Design and develop reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and native CSS.
• Implement comprehensive test coverage using Storybook and unit tests and playwright.
• Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React or .
• Manage and optimize database queries and structures using MongoDB.
• Write clean reusable and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify debug and resolve complex issues related to performance reliability and security.
• Contribute to architectural decisions technical documentation and long-term platform evolution.
• Stay current with emerging technologies tools and best practices and proactively apply them where they add value.

• 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with or in production environments.
• Solid backend development experience with and .
• Proven experience working with MongoDB including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with PHP and maintaining or integrating with PHP-based systems is a plus.
• Experience with Git collaborative code reviews and modern branching strategies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines deployment workflows and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work autonomously on complex initiatives.
• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across engineering product and design.
