This is a permanent full-time positionlocatedin Geelong West.

Whatyoullbring to the role

To succeed in this roleyoulldrive the branchs growth through leadership team coaching and business you to have:

People leadership with the ability to develop coach and manage staff performance
Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
Strong communicationskills to deliver clear branch expectations
Understanding offinancial management businessacumenand risk framework
The ability to drive operational efficiencies andmaintainhigh standardsof compliance
High levelof understanding of lending productspoliciesand regulations
Knowledge of retail branch operations
