About the role:

For an experienced Recruitment Advisor its an exciting time to be at Water Corporation. We are working in a fast-paced market to attract WAs best and brightest working together to solve critical talent challenges. Based in our Leederville office and reporting to the Recruitment Lead wehave an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our this role you will coordinate and deliver cost effective and proactive talent acquisition services focused on quality timely and efficient placement of resources in the business through partnership with relevant business groups.

What the role will involve:

You will partner with the business to provide coaching and advice to Line Managers on all aspects of the recruitment and selection processes developing proactive diverse sourcing strategies to attract the best talent for future and current vacancies.

Using a customer focused approach you will recommend appropriate selection tools and techniques to Line Managers to enable them to identify the most suitable applicants for their vacancies. You will have responsibility for all parts of the recruitment process including advising on remuneration and facilitating offers of employment.

About you

You will have experience in the delivery of recruitment and selection services for a large organisation recruiting for white or blue collar within an internal or agency recruitment environment.

You will demonstrate a conceptual and practical understanding of current recruitment and selection methodologies involved in end-to-end recruitment and understand current recruitment tools and systems including exposure to contemporary recruitment technology. You can demonstrate a creative approach endeavouring to source candidates via non traditional methods. You have a keen interest in market and industry trends and effectively identify and apply effective sourcing and attraction with Success Factors will be highly regarded.
