If so Quorum Software is looking for aManager Strategy & Corporate Developmentto join our Strategy & Corporate Development team.

The Manager Strategy & Corporate Development will play a critical role in supporting Quorums corporate strategy and inorganic growth efforts. This individual will work closely with senior leadership private equity sponsors and cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives assess markets and identify analyze and execute potential M&A and partnership opportunities.

This role is ideal for a candidate with prior experience ininvestment banking top-tier management consulting and/orstrategy / corporate development within an industrial software company who is looking to take on broader ownership and operate closer to decision-making.

Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Strategic Initiatives

• Support the development and refinement of Quorums corporate strategy in partnership with Strategy leadership and cross-functional executives
• Conduct market assessments competitive intelligence and industry research to inform strategic priorities
• Evaluate build / partner / buy decisions including business model assessments and strategic fit analyses
• Develop business cases financial models and scenario analyses to support investment and operating decisions
• Assist with long-range planning portfolio reviews and value creation initiatives

Corporate Development & M&A

• Support end-to-end corporate development activities from opportunity sourcing through diligence and execution
• Conduct market mapping and outbound research to help build and maintain Quorums M&A and partnership pipeline
• Perform preliminary opportunity screening strategic rationale assessments and valuation analyses
• Coordinate and execute commercial strategic and operational due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships
• Support transaction execution including diligence coordination financial modeling and internal materials
• Assist with post-transaction integration planning and tracking as needed

Stakeholder & Executive Support

• Partner closely with Product Finance Go-to-Market and Operations teams on strategic analyses
• Support private equity sponsor engagement including preparation of board materials value creation plan inputs and ad hoc analyses
• Prepare clear structured presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
• Monitor industry trends competitive moves and emerging technologies within the industrial and energy software landscape

Requirements

• 47 years of relevant experience in:
  • Investment banking
  • Top-tier management consulting
  • Strategy or corporate development at an enterprise industrial or energy software company

• Strong experience evaluatingsoftware companies including market analysis strategic and product diligence
• Exposure toindustrial energy infrastructure or asset-heavy vertical software

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Experience building executive-level presentations with strong attention to structure and narrative
• High level of intellectual curiosity ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Preferred Skills

• MBA preferred but not required
• Experience working in aPE-backed environmentor supporting sponsor communications

Additional Details

• Salary commensurate with experience ($132700 - $165000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications experience training work history and geographic location of the selected candidate.
