Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Swaffham 21 per hour Full-Time Days
Day-to-day nursing care here is steady well organised and centred on maintaining residents dignity and independence. The home is purpose-built calmly run and supports people with dementia palliative needs and complex nursing requirements.

- Hourly Rate: 21 per hour
- Hours: 36 Hours per week day shifts
- Shift Times: 8:00-8:00
- Setting: Nursing home setting (dementia palliative complex care)
- Location: Swaffham Norfolk

What Youll Need
Essential
- NMC registration as RGN or RMN
- Proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment
- Confidence managing clinical responsibility on day shifts
- Strong understanding of dementia and complex care needs
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and documentation
What Youll Do
- Deliver safe person-centred nursing care in line with care plans
- Complete clinical assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning
- Administer medication and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents condition and respond to changes promptly
- Maintain clear compliant clinical records
- Work collaboratively with care staff GPs and other professionals
- Communicate clearly and calmly with residents families
