Position: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development maintenance and enhancement of government digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure scalable and high-performance applications aligned with government standards and citizen-centric services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop maintain and optimize full-stack web applications for government departments.
Work on front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
Build secure and scalable backend services using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
Design manage and query databases including SQL NoSQL and Redis for caching and performance.
Integrate APIs third-party services and internal government systems.
Ensure adherence to government security guidelines data protection norms and audit compliance.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across the entire application stack.
Participate in documentation review meetings and coordination with government officials.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud environment (Basic to Intermediate level).
Support continuous improvements enhancements and version upgrades.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend development.
Solid backend development experience with NodeJS ExpressJS.
Good understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB DynamoDB) databases.
Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda RDS CloudWatch etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within government processes documentation standards and structured workflows.
Soft Skills
