Claims Advisor Multiline

To stimulate its further growth WTW Belgium is looking for a talented Claims Advisor Multiline (m/f) for its CRB (Corporate Risk & Broking) activities in our Hasselt/Zaventem office.

The role

In your role as Claims Advisor you will be responsible for managing the claims within your assigned client portfolio. This portfolio consists of approximately 50% motor claims and 50% other insurance lines primarily property damage and liability and includes both midsize companies and personal lines.

You will handle and maintain claims data in our systems and coordinate closely with clients insurers third parties lawyers and surveyors throughout the entire process. You actively safeguard and promote our clients interests by closely monitoring all agreements in place. Providing clientfocused service and ensuring thorough consistent followup on each file come naturally to you.

You manage from A to Z the files that form part of your client portfolio i.e.:

• You enter and accurately record claims data in our system;

• You ensure that all digital claim files are consistently updated and completed with the necessary information;

• You maintain daily contact with our clients and support them with their insurancerelated questions regarding their claims;

You liaise frequently with all parties involved in the claim and actively safeguard your clients interests.

The requirements

• You hold a Bachelors degree;

• Initial experience in claims handling or within the insurance industry is considered an advantage;

• Native Dutch speaker combined with a strong command of French and English.

• You are openminded eager to learn and motivated to further develop yourself. We offer both inhouse and external training and we value a proactive attitude toward selflearning;

• You are an excellent negotiator with strong communication skills. You take initiative are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience and enjoy working collaboratively within a team;

• You have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate strong organizational skills and a structured approach to your work.

The Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) division focuses on development and services in the areas of professional insurance reinsurance risk management and consultancy for companies institutions and (semi-)public Belgium approximately 85 employees work within the CRB division spread across offices in Zaventem Liège and Hasselt.
