As part of the Business Transformation Digital Solutions team you will lead pre-implementation efforts and engage directly with clients to maintain successful project outcomes. As a Senior Associate you will utilize your project management skills to navigate complex audit concepts and regulations while fostering productive communication with stakeholders. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge and contribute to transformative business solutions.

Requirements:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Must have SAP ECC/S4 audit experience.
• Experience / Exposure to SystemTransformation (Pre / Post Implementation)Projects for Audit / Non-Audit clients.
• Familiarity with System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) phases and supporting artifacts
  for controls
• Experience leading walkthroughs directly withclients for business and IT processes.
• Experience in testing IT Applications/Automated controls (ITAC) around BusinessProcess such as OTC (Order to Cash) PTP(Procure to Pay) RTR (Record to Report) etc.
• Experience in reviewing and testing key reportsensuring key risks (such as completeness &accuracy) related to IPE (Information Producedby Entity) are addressed
• Strong communication skills (verbal andwritten) to effectively collaborate with USbased teams and clients.
• Agility in a dynamic consulting environmentwith a desire to grow within this setting.
• Managing client engagements and internalprojects including budgets risks and qualityassurance.
• Preparing reports and deliverables for clientsand other stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining internal andexternal relationships.
• Identifying and pursuing businessopportunities supporting line management inproposal development and managingcoaching and supporting team members.
• Supporting Engagement Managers withengagement scoping and planning activities.
• Coaching team members in task completion.
• Collaborating effectively with local andregional teams and clients.
• Supporting Engagement Managers in draftingclient deliverables for review by Engagement
  Leaders.
• Managing project economics for engagementteams.
• Conducting detailed review activities andproviding coaching to junior team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies andlatest development in SAP and Systemtransformation field.
• SOX audit and controls experience.

Education/Qualification :

• Bachelors or masters degree in accountingManagement Information Systems or
  equivalent
• Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years ofrelevant experience
• Chartered Accountant would be preferred
• Certifications such as CISA CISSP or CISMare preferred
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
