What Youll Do

As our Maintenance Associate you will be a key part of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance on machinery equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth and optimal operations.
  • Troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical and plumbing systems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operating inspecting and testing equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks repairs and inspections for compliance and future reference.
  • Collaborating with production teams to plan maintenance without impacting productivity.
  • Supporting the installation and setup of new machinery and staying on top of industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Upholding health and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness and organizing tools and equipment.

What Youll Have

To succeed in this role youll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with technical certifications or vocational training in areas like mechanical or electrical systems (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Skillful use of hand and power tools with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints manuals and schematics.
  • Electrical certification preferred.
  • Awareness of safety protocols paired with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • A driven team-oriented mindset plus the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts weekends and overtime as needed.
