Job Summary

A UK-based startup accelerator & pre-seed venture capital firm supporting early-stage tech founders is looking for a highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.

What youll do:

  • Manage executive calendars meetings & inboxes
  • Coordinate across founders investors & partners
  • Prepare reports presentations & meeting notes
  • Track tasks deadlines & follow-ups
  • Provide reliable day-to-day executive support in a fast-paced environment
  • Support senior executives with scheduling and coordination
  • Manage emails meetings and reports
  • Liaise with founders investors and partners




Requirements

What were looking for:

  • 35 years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
  • Experience supporting senior executives (startup/VC exposure is a plus)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace MS Office & collaboration tools
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
