We are hiring @Prodcon Tech Services Pvt Ltd Field Recruiter & Operations Specialist.
JD :
Responsible for sourcing training and managing entry-level talent (freshers to 1 year experience) into field recruitment vertical. while overseeing end-to-end operational activities. This is a hands-on field-intensive role that combines recruitment training monitoring and operational management to ensure seamless talent pipeline and client service delivery.
*Education:*
- Bachelors degree / HSC.
- GOOD VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATON
*Experience:*
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment preferably with focus on entry-level hiring
- Proven experience in training and development activities
- Prior experience in field-based or operations roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Number of candidates recruited and onboarded monthly
- Quality of hire (retention rate performance ratings)
- Training completion and effectiveness scores
- Field visit completion rate and quality audit scores
- ATS data accuracy and timeliness
- Client satisfaction scores
- Operational SLA adherence
*WORK ENVIRONMENT*
- Must be comfortable with as when needed travel to client sites team locations.
- Flexible work hours may be required based on field visit schedules
- Office-based work for operations and ATS management activities
