As a Teacher you will be expected to:

Have the confidence to teach a range of courses across year groups within the team.
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding relating to relevant aspects of design disciplines including digital processes;
Have an open minded and flexible approach to teaching and learning showing a desire to develop professional knowledge and skills;
Have the ability to work as part of a team and the willingness to help develop new resources within the Faculty;
Have an awareness of current educational developments in this area in the education worldwide.

Requirements

Qualified teacher with Masters Degree in Education / relevant subject disciplines
Be proficient in written and spoken English
The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals parents and students;
An understanding of current developments in teaching;
Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students needs and supporting learning;
A commitment to pastoral care within the school;
A commitment to developing students skills through extra-curricular opportunities.
