Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and committed Digital Creator with a strong foundation in both 2D and 3D animation a keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling. The main focus of this role is editing modules and producing graphics that elevate our coaching content and programs.

As part of our creative team youll help bring our educational materials and brand visuals to life while maintaining alignment with our values of growth compassion courage and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and refine module videos including motion graphics and animations.
Create eye-catching 2D and 3D animations for learning modules social media and digital campaigns.
Design graphics illustrations and visual assets that reflect the brand aesthetic and enhance user engagement.
Work closely with our Creative Director to translate ideas into visual form.
Collaborate and iterate based on feedback receptive to guidance and dedicated to improvement.
Maintain organized project files and meet delivery timelines consistently.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Proficiency in 2D & 3D animation and relevant editing tools (e.g. After Effects Blender Cinema 4D Premiere Pro etc.).
Strong graphic design sensibilities and comfort with visual storytelling.
A self-starter who can manage time effectively within a 40-hour work week.
Ability to take constructive feedback with openness and incorporate it into work.
100% commitment to delivering quality and growing with the team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills you contribute ideas and also listen to direction.
Attention to detail adaptability and a willingness to learn and evolve.
