Project Manager, Engineering

Title:

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies differentiated advisory services deep technical domain expertise energy transition solutions high-end design capabilities and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

The Project Manager Engineering has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with engineering disciplines procurement construction/commissioning and the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.

Possesses knowledge of the respective industry including Petrochemicals Refining Chemicals LNG Energy Transition etc. ranging in scope from pre-FEED FEED to EPCM. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in engineering management with average experience of 15-20 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
• Will comply with all KBR and site safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if necessary.

Required Education Experience & Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project Primavera or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact with team members clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
