Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*This role will require heavy travel where the candidate will be expected to be at events nationwide at least 3x/month 2-5 days at a time.

The Medical Education Associate is responsible for assisting in the development maintenance management and execution of Strykers educational programs and resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments along with cross-divisional partners to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers key opinion leaders and vendors to provide safe and effective use training.

Basic understanding of marketing/sales-related event coordination
Basic product and procedural knowledge
Basic understanding of the competitive landscape
General understanding of key customer groups
Basic understanding of educational program design
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programs
Basic understanding of how we deliver training
Gather data and information from Medical Education programs
Understand our medical education and business strategy
Understand our budgeting process
Understand customer profiles including why we engage KOL
Understand training and Medical Education workstreams
Understand why and how we listen to our customers
Awareness of internal branding guidelines
Aware of commonly used internal communication tools

What you need

Bachelors degree required
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority
