WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks from helping us to implement new products to shaping our group accounting policies and procedures
- Own the design and development of our accounting policies and procedures in accordance with RechKredV HGB and IFRS
- Be responsible for preparing the external financial reporting of the Group and for all our national and international entities
- Be the face of Accounting when working closely with stakeholders across the company and external auditors
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years professional experience in audit accounting financial services or similar roles at a top-tier firm
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge (HGB IFRS) and experience with group reporting / consolidation
- Experience in the financial services / banking sector or a Fintech will be a plus
- Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced ever changing high-growth organisation
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting topics succinctly
