The e-Mobility team is looking to recruiter an e-Mobility Senior Asset Manager.

What you will do:

  • Implement the asset management strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance processes ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the execution of retrofits and hardware and firmware/software upgrades on electric vehicle chargers.
  • Manage orders for parts and components needed to replace and repair chargers ensuring availability and adequate lead times.
  • Manage service providers manufacturers ensuring compliance with contracts service levels (SLAs) and quality of interventions
  • Promote root-cause analysis (RCA) of recurring failures and define corrective action plans with providers and internal teams.
  • Conduct quality audits on provider interventions and implement improvement plans when necessary
  • Ensure effective communication with customers/local managers providing updates on interventions and expected resolution times.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports on providers for management and contract optimization
  • Promote continuous process improvement monitoring industry trends
  • Act as a technical and operational reference for multidisciplinary teams

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Engineering Management Information Systems or similar areas.
  • Proven professional experience of between 6 and 10 years in technical asset management preferably in electric mobility networks.
  • Solid knowledge of system monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and results-oriented skills
  • Fluent English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong focus on delivery organization analytical rigor and ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication influence and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High sense of commitment structured thinking and strategic vision.
  • Experience with electric mobility.
  • Experience in technological innovation and digital transformation environments.
  • Insight into trends in electric mobility smart cities and sustainability.
  • Proactivity autonomy and critical thinking.
