Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. Laugmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux laccélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de lalignement et de linternationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis lactivité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

• daccélérer la transformation numérique et lhomogénéisation des systèmes dinformation à travers le programme TechCARE

• de massifier les activités dapprovisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales dAir Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie lentité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à lhébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste

Reporting to the MedTech director of EXPLOR! center you will be the expert referent for the field of home Oxygen Therapy.

Your responsibilities will revolve around the following axes:

1. Technical Expertise and Evaluation

• Develop proprietary test protocols and create test benches for objective and reproducible device evaluation.

• Challenge the performances and embedded algorithms of medical devices (concentrators etc.) made available to patients.

• Guarantee scientific rigor at the heart of the tests performed by Explor!.

2. Technology Watch and Innovation

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and disruptive innovations in the field of oxygen therapy.

• Ensure active surveillance of patents standards and scientific literature to anticipate the future.

3. Scientific Production

• Publish scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals to validate and share the centers findings.

• Present research results and studies at medical and scientific conferences.

• Foster academic and scientific partnerships notably through research projects and PhD programs.

4. Sharing Expertise

• Ensure the transfer of knowledge to local experts.

• Lead the network of technical referents for the groups Home Healthcare entities internationally.

• Provide medical-technical support to operational teams and the procurement team.

We are looking for a profile passionate about technology and innovation capable of evolving in a multicultural environment.

Academic background and Experience:

• Engineering degree (Biomedical health technology) or Masters equivalent.

• Alternatively a Healthcare Professional profile with a strong technical aptitude.

Technical Skills:

• Technical expertise in medical equipment (ideally in respiratory therapies).

• Mastery of project management.

• Knowledge in bench testing is a plus.

• Programming skills (Python).

• Fluent English is mandatory for daily international exchanges.

Soft Skills:

• Technical curiosity and initiative: you love to create and innovate.

• Rigor and method: essential for objective evaluation.

• Pedagogy and Communication: ability to synthesize transmit knowledge and convince various stakeholders (doctors technicians buyers).

• Team spirit: knowing how to work collaboratively and lead a network.
