Job Skills / Requirements
Maintenance - pays $18.00 per hour
- Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies
- Carpentry plumbing electrical and HVAC experience
- Must have organization skills and effective communication skills with both technical and professional staff
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions on all industrial systems
- Expert knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Ability to demonstrate overall safe work behavior including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
- Must be willing to work any shift
- Must have the flexibility to work a rotating Weekly On-Call schedule
- Must have the flexibility to work mandatory Overtime Rotation as needed
- Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per day):
- Walk stand sit bend twist/turn kneel squat crawl
- Reach outward or above the shoulder
- Drive or operate equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles
- Lift carry push or pull 15-45 pounds
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers both hands

Education Requirements (All)
High School Graduate or GED
