This role takes place after children and most staff have gone home allowing you to work independently and focus on doing quality work. Your efforts help create a healthy environment where young children can learn play and thrive.
In this role you will:
Clean and sanitize classrooms restrooms offices and common areas
Sweep mop vacuum and care for floors rugs and surfaces
Disinfect high-touch areas to support health and safety standards
Empty trash and recycling and keep bins clean and orderly
Restock and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
Perform light and periodic deep cleaning such as windows or baseboards
Notice and report any maintenance or safety concerns
This role is a great fit for someone who:

Is reliable punctual and comfortable working independently
Understands that clean spaces help children feel safe and supported
Respects privacy and professional boundaries in a childcare setting
What to expect:
Part-time evening hours after regular business hours
Pay rate of $17 per hour

Work that directly supports children families and educators
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful especially in a school childcare or healthcare setting but not required. The most important qualities we are looking for are dependability care and pride in your work. This role does require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform regular physical tasks such as standing bending and walking.
