About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and committed leader who drives positive person-centred culture and high-quality care to manage our residential care service in Dunstable Central Bedfordshire.
Linsell House is a CQC registered service providing 24/7 accommodation and personal care for up to 16 people with complex health needs physical disabilities learning disabilities and sensory impairments. The service also provides regular respite care to over 30 individuals. The service has a dedicated team of 40 made up of two deputy managers care and support staff kitchen staff and an administrator.
This is an operational role with limited ability to work remotely.
