POSITION SUMMARY:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and appropriately directing patients/visitors/guests while treating medical center staff visitors physicians patients and families in a professional and courteous manner. Consistently displays a positive attitude in the work environment and conducts self in a calm professional manner during stressful situations.
Greets clients visitors and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answers screens and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail documents packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Performs other duties.
Shift: Casual / On Call Rotating Shift 19 Hours Per WeekWeekend Work Required
Location: St. Petersburg FL
COMPETENCIES:
- Education:High school diploma.
- Knowledge:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Experience:0-2 years of experience required.
Salary Range: Minimum 16.05/hour - Maximum 25.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
