Job Summary

Shift Leader Environmental Services

Monitors the completion of all assigned tasks observes work performance and reports all infractions to supervisor.
Interfaces with customers daily to measure satisfaction takes action to correct customer concerns and greets visitors cheerfully and offer assistance as needed.
Completes own daily tasks and any special projects assigned.
Distributes supplies and equipment as needed.
Performs inspections to monitor work performance correct improper procedures and ensure the highest quality of standards as expected by Mozaic Senior Life.
Trains newly hired staff in proper work procedures safety and in-services.
Assists in the selection and proper maintenance of equipment.
Assists in the hiring process and prepares weekly supply orders.
May perform duties of an Environmental Services Associate/Tech in the absence of a staff person.
Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities or Supervisor of Environmental Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience: 1-2 years (requires completion of training schedule

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Good communicator with proven ability to direct guide people and foster teamwork. Must be able to read and have knowledge of products equipment and procedures in Environmental Service Operations.
