What Were Looking For

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Pediatric anesthesiology experience required or demonstrated comfort providing pediatric anesthesia
Active Illinois license (or willingness to obtain)
Prior office-based or ASC experience preferred
Commitment to patient-centered high-quality care
Collaborative team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
