Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

- Champion Program Success Lead compliance monitoring track deliverables and ensure pediatric panels meet quality documentation and revenue goals.
- Redesign Workflows Innovate and standardize processes to improve efficiency accuracy and program outcomes across multiple service lines.
- Own Billing & Attestation Take charge of attestation submissions and billing oversight ensuring timely reimbursement and smooth operations.
- Guide & Influence Teams Act as the go-to expert for program regulations supporting staff leadership and cross-functional teams with insight and solutions.
- Shape Learning & Growth Conduct audits identify education opportunities and mentor colleagues to reinforce best practices and elevate team performance.
- Stay Connected to Care Maintain a small pediatric panel to keep your work grounded in real-world patient experiences and program complexities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field required.
- Minimum of three years experience in a primary healthcare or related professional setting. including experience in supporting multiple program and service lines.
- Experience working with MaineCare and/or Acentra systems required.
- Preparation with MHRT/C certification and/or PACE or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Knowledge of medical and mental health terminology.
- Having a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individuals ability to perform the responsibilities of the position in accordance with PCHCs Automobile Safety and Background Check Policy.
