National Oncourse Operations Manager

You will lead Tabcorps national oncourse wagering channel setting direction lifting commercial performance and shaping how customers experience racing on course. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the customer experience strengthen industry relationships and deliver commercial results.

Your role

Reporting to the Head of Industry Partnerships and Oncourse Operations you will oversee national operational delivery commercial outcomes customer experience and people leadership across a geographically dispersed team.

A key part of your role will be partnering with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent engaging oncourse wagering experience. Working closely with your State Managers youll drive alignment in service delivery process consistency and performance outcomes across all states and territories.

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated and experienced managers
• Drive commercial performance maximising turnover revenue and profitability
• Oversee national rostering budgets administration and project delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity
• Champion continuous improvement innovation and operational excellence across the network

Your game changing qualities

You have extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management and bring strategic clarity commercial acumen and leadership presence. You thrive in large complex and regulated environments balancing high-level decision making with hands-on additional you possess:

• Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in regulated industries with a focus on compliance risk and safety
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Event Management or related field (preferred)
