Role Overview
The Façade Project Coordinator ensures the successful execution of façade-related activities throughout the construction process. This role is responsible for coordinating between design teams procurement contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules and quality standards. The coordinator manages all aspects of façade installation from material procurement to site coordination ensuring that the project stays on track meets design specifications and resolves any issues that arise contributing to the overall success of the construction project.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare and manage façade project schedules aligned to overall construction timelines
Coordinate between design procurement factory logistics and site teams
Track milestones and ensure timely availability of materials and resources
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor façade project budgets including material fabrication and installation costs
Track actuals vs budget and flag variances
Support cost forecasting and cost-saving initiatives
Execution & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact between client consultants vendors and internal teams
Ensure drawings materials and site readiness are aligned for smooth execution
Handle change requests site issues and coordination gaps
Quality Documentation & Reporting
Ensure materials and installation meet approved drawings and specifications
Maintain project documentation delivery records change orders and reports
Provide regular project status updates to management and clients
Problem Solving
Proactively identify risks related to materials schedules or installation
Drive fast resolution to avoid site delays or quality failures
Technical & Project Skills
Strong understanding of façade systems aluminium glazing curtain walls windows doors
Project scheduling coordination and site execution
Software
MS Project / Primavera for planning & tracking
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and cost tracking
AutoCAD & MS Office for drawings documentation and coordination
Behavioural
Excellent coordination and communication skills; High attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving project environments
