DescriptionHR Intern Human Resources Internship
We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will support the HR team in daily operational and organizational activities gaining a comprehensive overview of the main HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the Human Resources department in daily activities
- Filing incoming CVs and responding to candidates via email
- Screening CVs in line with the required profiles and contacting candidates to schedule interviews
- Updating and maintaining the employee personnel database
- Coordinating activities and interdepartmental meetings
- Supporting employees during medical examinations
- Organizing leaving parties and monthly birthday celebrations
- Participating in the different phases of the recruitment process (phone interviews interviews assessment sending)
- Managing onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Preparing the weekly CTQ for the line-up
Learning path:
The intern will acquire skills in:
- Recruitment and selection processes (CV screening and interviews)
- Independent management of internship activation procedures
- Employee attendance management
- Support in employment contract administration
- Close involvement in staff training activities
Requirements:
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy discretion and team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of the English language.
