Frontend Engineer (Decentralized Ownership & Governance) - Remote/Hybrid

Location: Remote - Milan preferred or EU based

Compensation: $70K - $90K

TL;DR: We are building a groundbreaking new platform that enables the launch ownership and governance of ownership tokens using decision markets on EVM chains. We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to help bring these innovative complex interfaces to life.

This is a chance to work at the intersection of DeFi tokenized ownership and futarchic governance creating the core user-facing applications that will define a new paradigm for founders investors and traders.

As a Frontend Engineer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core user-facing applications of our protocol. You will translate complex crypto concepts and governance mechanics into beautiful intuitive and highly performant interfaces.

What Youll Build (Key Applications):

1. Interface (Main Web App): The primary application where users interact with the protocol for investing and ownership management.
2. Landing Page: The marketing site that tells the platforms story.
3. Governance Layers: Specialized intuitive interfaces for decision market participation and voting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Beautiful Intuitive Interfaces that make complex crypto concepts (like decision markets futarchy and tokenized ownership) accessible.
• Implement Responsive Designs that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate with Blockchain to handle secure wallet connections transaction signing and real-time on-chain data retrieval.
• Work Closely with Design to translate mockups and concepts into pixel-perfect high-fidelity implementations.
• Collaborate with the Backend Team to integrate the frontend with Rust APIs.
• Optimize Performance to ensure fast load times smooth interactions and a polished user experience.
• Write Clean Maintainable Code following TypeScript best practices.
• Participate in Code Reviews and contribute meaningfully to core technical and architectural decisions.
• Stay Current with the latest developments in React and the Web3 ecosystem.

We are looking for a highly capable self-starting engineer who combines technical mastery with a deep care for product quality and user experience.

• 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React with and TypeScript (familiarity with Next App Router is essential).
• Mastery of Modern CSS/Styling (We utilize Tailwind CSS v4).
• Component Library Experience (Familiarity with primitives like shadcn/ui and Radix UI is highly valued).
• Proficiency with Git workflow and collaborative development on platforms like GitHub.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

• Direct experience building interfaces for DeFi protocols DAOs or trading/exchange platforms (Web3 product experience).
• Experience with data visualization and charting libraries (e.g. Recharts D3).
• Experience handling real-time data streams (WebSocket/SSE) for live market data.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Experience with React performance tuning and bundle size optimization.
• Familiarity with our backend stack (Rust with Axum) or experience with type-safe API clients (OpenAPI/TypeScript codegen).
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG compliance) and a11y best practices.
