About the Somos Internship Program
The Somos Internship Program offers students a direct line to our organization and the opportunity to accelerate their future with us. Through hands-on projects active coaching and cross-functional collaboration youll gain valuable real-world experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Interns work alongside industry leaders subject matter experts and dedicated mentors who are passionate about helping you grow. Youll contribute to impactful initiatives while becoming part of a community focused on developing future leaders.
Our 2026 Summer Program features full-time paid internships running from June 1 to August 21. This is a non-exempt role with a pay range of $28.00$33.00 per hour.

- This internship is remote but candidates must reside within the United States during the program.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
- Candidates must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the program from June 1 through August 21.
- Final selection is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Working closely with the department the Intern willbe responsible forthe following tasks:
- Research andidentifytarget prospects for Somos Commercial Products (using various tools: Salesforce ZoomInfo LinkedInetc).
- Manage and coordinate outbound communicationstoprospects.
- Qualify prospects through preset criteria.
- Manage and direct responses to appropriate salesteamfor further qualification.
- Audit records updatedashboardsand reports in for pipeline tracking and sales reporting
- Assistin planning and executing marketing campaigns including email social media and digital advertising.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Support sales enablement activities bymaintainingsales materials presentations and prospect lists.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain and update lead lists run reports and support database management activities through Marketo
- Review and analyze customer feedback toanticipateneeds and improve the customer experience
Major Initiatives:
- Lead Generation for Somos Commercial Products
- Market validation research for potential opportunities
- Auditmaintainand create customer reports in CRM (Salesforce)
- Contribute to the Intern Capstone Project
âQualifications & Skills:
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Applications.
- Demonstrated experience in working with .
- Desktop research to qualify prospects that meet target criteria andidentifypoints of contact.
- Copy email for outbound communications.
- Strong quantitative analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Collaborative team-oriented mindsetno task is too big or too small
- Highly motivated resourceful and proactive self-starter with a focus on results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Experience with lead generation web services ( Info)
- Experience with Emai Automation tools (Marketo)
- Experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn Twitter YouTube Vimeo)
