Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Directorto join our team in an outpatient clinic setting at Concordia Senior Living AL/IL in Oklahoma City OK. Position Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist residents in improving functional independence and quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or graduating within the next 6 months)
NBCOT certification required
Must hold or be eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (as applicable)
Strong communication organizational and patient-care skills
