Requirements

• 4 years implementing and supporting Workday integrations (HCM/Payroll/Finance).

• Advanced English; comfortable working with global stakeholders-

• Experience with testing tenant migration change control and release management.

• Solid troubleshooting: log analysis error triage safe reprocessing and performance tuning.

• Clear documentation and communication; familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).

• Nice to have: Workday certifications payroll vendor integrations (e.g. ADP SAP) Workday Extend scripting/ETL (Python PowerShell) basic SQL.

Key activities

• Design build and maintain integrations using Studio EIB Core Connectors RaaS and PECI.

• Configure endpoints and security: ISUs OAuth API tokens SFTP keys/certificates; manage connectivity and rotation.

• Develop custom reports and calculated fields; design extraction logic for downstream systems.

• Map and transform data ensure referential integrity and implement validations and idempotency.

• Schedule monitor and troubleshoot integration runs; manage alerts retries incidents and SLAs.

• Coordinate SIT/UAT and production deployments; migrate objects across tenants; handle Workday release impacts.

• Collaborate with HR/Payroll/Finance vendors and InfoSec to refine requirements and governance.

• Maintain documentation and runbooks; drive continuous improvement automation and support readiness.
