Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated skilled Laborer with hands-on experience in concrete work landscaping and conduit installation. The ideal candidate is hardworking dependable and thrives in a team environment. This position involves both physical labor and safe operation of machinery on a variety of construction projects along with supporting electrical technicians as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the construction of retaining walls concrete pours and other civil work.

Perform site preparation material handling and debris removal.

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.

Mix pour and finish concrete under supervision.

Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials and assistance as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Preferred:
- OSHA safety certification.
- Knowledge of excavation best practices and site safety.
- Proficiency in operating mini excavators skid steers and trenchers.
- Experience assisting electrical technicians or working in electrical construction.
Work Schedule

Local work within 100 miles of St. Louis.

MondayFriday standard hours of 7:00-3:30 p.m. which could be flexible based on business needs; overtime as needed.
