Job Summary
Senior Project Manager Site-Based (Kawartha Region)
A well-established award-winning developer/builder with over 40 years of success recognized for delivering complex high-quality communities and large-scale builds are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major high-profile project in the Kawartha region.
This is an opportunity to live and work in the heart of the Kawarthastrue cottage country. The role
Youll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout with responsibility for schedule budget forecasting and cost control. This is a hands-on site-focused leadership role requiring close coordination with contractors consultants trades and internal teams.
Youll act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders and authorities ensure compliance and maintain strong quality and safety standards. Day to day youll run site meetings manage risk oversee change orders RFIs and progress draws and keep execution disciplined proactive and aligned.
