Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Theology and/or Spirituality History of teaching spiritual practices Graduate Spiritual Direction Certificate or equivalent Demonstrated leadership abilities including the ability to work with a wide diversity of groups and persons.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching contemplative spiritual practices in the context of the first five years of the St. Catherine University Thriving Congregations Grant Experience with inter-spiritual or interreligious practices and a personal commitment to religious pluralism Experience with revising already existing spiritual practices curricula We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency. Consistent with the universitys commitment to women diversity and social justice preference will be given to candidates who manifest these themes in their experience and service.
