Job Description:
Take ownership of a high-impact digital platform scaling carbon removal technologies. You will evolve internal operations and farmer-facing tools into scalable products working with React and . This role offers significant autonomy to design systems from the ground up utilizing AI-assisted development tools to drive innovation within the UKs green tech sector.

What you will do:

Lead the development and maintenance of core web applications using React and MongoDB
Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level strategy into performant maintainable code cycles
Design and prototype new features in Figma ensuring consistency and accessibility across internal and external platforms

The ideal candidate:

3 years of experience in full stack web development with a strong proficiency in React and JavaScript
Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of web applications including database design and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders
