• Ensure the spa and wellness areas including the pool thermal suites and relaxation spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation at all times.
• Perform regular safety checks and facility inspections to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations including COSHH guidelines.
• Certified Pool Responder monitoring the pool area and responding swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare and restock spa amenities such as towels robes refreshments and other guest essentials to support a seamless spa journey.
• Assist guests in a discreet and professional manner providing support with lockers facilities and general spa information.
• Monitor guest flow in and out of wet and relaxation areas ensuring capacity limits and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• .Report any maintenance safety or cleanliness issues promptly to the appropriate department for immediate resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety hygiene and brand protocols in all areas of the spa.
