... recruitment of working students and interns for our HQ in Düsseldorf (advertisement of vacancies screening conducting interviews)

support in HR & training administration

... supporting employer branding

supporting our diversity equity and inclusion initiatives

... currently an enrolled student and successfully completed the first three semesters of a relevant study (e.g. Business Administration HR Management or Psychology)

... initial experience in HR or recruiting

... a precise structured and independent way of working as well as organizational skills

... enjoying working in a team are a strong communicator and can communicate confidently in German and English
