We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans financial and commercial parameters and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

As a Contract Performance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative coordinating communication across stakeholders.
• Managing CSA(Contractual Service Agreement) / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia owning the end-to-end process financial accountability.
• Ensuring timely issue resolution keeps customer informed and negotiates changes.
• Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
• Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
• Have an PMP/ IPMA certificationwould be preferred.
• Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences.
• Have rotating machinery experience.
• Be customer focused and a team player.
