Regulatory Compliance Execution Analyst

To execute the role of RCE Specialist managing Environment Health & Safety (EHS) aspects of Clariant products across their life cycle in close collaboration with upstream and downstream users.

Responsibilities

• Create and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and product safety declarations using SAP.
• Evaluate maintain & archive product safety data in SAP systems.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and update company systems accordingly.
• Support continuous optimization of global product stewardship processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Product Stewardship/Regulatory Affairs.
• Hands-on experience with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Must have experience with European regulations REACH (Registration Evaluation Authorisation & Restriction of Chemicals) and CLP (Classification Labelling & Packaging)
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
