Are you an organized and detail-oriented leader with a passion for ensuring compliance and supporting operational efficiency Were seeking a motivated Station Back Office Supervisor to oversee the back office functions of our station ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies while supporting the seamless customer journey.

Purpose of the Job:

As the Station Back Office Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the back office team and ensuring all administrative activities comply with local regulations and company standards. Youll also support the deskless customer experience working to meet or exceed operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Back Office Management:

• Oversee all back office administrative activities including key dispenser management fuel reconciliation overdue management and more.

• Ensure full compliance with local laws and certifications such as debossing and car wash operations while adhering to environmental regulations.

2. People Management:

• Act as a shift manager for counter agents providing observation coaching and mentoring to help them meet or exceed location goals.

• Support the Station Manager with shift staff planning to ensure efficient operations.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in back office or administrative management preferably in a customer-facing environment.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to manage teams coordinate tasks and drive performance improvements.
