Job Summary
We have an opportunity forIntern Transport and Warehouse SpecialistwithHoneywellin Lugoj. Reporting to theLogistics Supervisoryou will ensure the efficient management and movement of materials by tracking material shipments analyze inventory levels and create various reports which are essential for monitoring warehouse stock accuracy.
This role is part of ourUniversity Relationsprogram designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience mentorship and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring delivery routes and schedules of raw material.
- Tracking shipments and managing urgent deliveries.
- Handling claims for damaged goods.
- Monitor current inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare reports presentations and simple analyses based on operational data.
- Participate in internal meetings and draft minutes or summaries.
- Monitor the status of activities and track open actions.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a bachelors or masters level program at a university or graduated within the past 12 months.
- Possess knowledge of English (level B1 B2).
- Have a growth mindset and resilient personality.
- Demonstrate a strong will to learn and thrive in dynamic team environments fostering a collaborative spirit.
- Have knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
