Position Summary
We are seeking a driven curious and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing commercial team. This role will focus on selling Beehome placements and sustainability partnerships to large corporations and commercial real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strong seller a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving mission-driven environment. You will play a critical role in expanding Beewises footprint while helping customers meet ESG sustainability and environmental impact objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify research and engage prospective corporate clients commercial real estate owners and property managers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach and discovery through proposal negotiation and close.
- Consultative Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Beewises value impact and ROI.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals that support long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on sustainability trends ESG initiatives commercial real estate dynamics and competitive offerings.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline health forecasts and performance metrics.
- Client Onboarding Support: Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to deployment for new customers.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 5 years of proven success in B2B sales with experience selling:
- Sustainability or ESG-related solutions
- Tech-enabled services or platforms
- Services to commercial real estate owners operators or enterprise customers
- Strong Sales Acumen:
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Skilled in prospecting lead generation and closing complex deals
- Consultative value-based selling approach
- Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scaling organization
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity
- Curious proactive and driven to continuously learn and improve
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written presentation and negotiation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools and modern sales technologies to manage pipeline and performance.
