Job Summary

Job Role

  • Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying new business of Crop Loans /Term loans for the bank thr. focus CBRL Regular / Unbank locations across designated branch areas.
  • Meeting individual farmers to pitch in the product conducting field (farm) visits.
  • Prepare & collect loan documentations from farmers issuing authorities.
  • Log in complete files with credit & resolve queries thereon for approvals.
  • Assist farmers/borrowers for documentation servicing interests and repayment of dues.
  • Assist farmers for mortgage of collateral securities (land) in favor of bank.
  • Collect PDD documents & update in bank system.

Job Requirements

  • Min experience 2 years in NBFC / Banks in related field of Crop Loan finance / Agri SME / Commodity. Graduate preferably Bsc Agri.
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Sales ability of a very high order
  • Should have good knowledge of geography land documentation & cropping patterns.
  • Knowledge and understanding about the compliance policies and procedures.

Personality Traits

  • Eager to know about latest development in area for Agri business & related fields.
  • Strong communication (Written and Oral) in English /local language
