Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Control Specialist to support the Planning & Scheduling function within the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to thePlanning & Scheduling Director this role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining project schedules that support the successful delivery of medium to highcomplexity construction projects across our portfolio.


You will help drive performance mitigate schedule risks and enable teams to make informed decisions that keep projects on track.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

  • Develop and maintain project master schedules for medium to highcomplexity projects using Critical Path Method in accordance with contract requirements and company best practices
  • Establish baseline schedules by collaborating with clients consultants and project teams to define durations milestones constraints and thirdparty interfaces
  • Resourse and Cost Load schedules by cordinating with the estimators and the Pfroject Managers
  • Prepare and lead schedule updates and performance reporting including cash flow alignment Earned Value metrics Scurves milestone trends heatmaps and variance analysis
  • Identify schedule risks and drive corrective actions including mitigation planning resequencing strategies and whatif scenario modelling to support informed project decisions
  • Support delay analysis and change management integrating risk registers productivity reviews and contributing to timeimpact assessments schedule change management and cashflow evaluations
  • Write Schedule Narratives and Develop Schedule Dashboards for regular reporting to internal and external project stakeholders.

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
  • Skills: Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Knowledge of delay analysis methods Ability to interpret risk registers and productivity data Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project Tilos Powerproject etc.) is an asset
  • Experience: 5 years of Planning / Scheduling experience in industrial process facilities or infrastructure projects. Experience on at least one full project lifecycle (initiation to closeout). Experience across multiple delivery methods (EPC DesignBuild CM PPP etc.)
  • Candidates with Scheduling & Planning Experience on the construction projects of Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants would be preferred.
